Swimming offers low impact cardiovascular exercise for the whole body. It helps to develop strong bones and muscles, flexibility and coordination. It can even relieve stress and best of all help your child get a good night’s sleep! Most importantly, swim lessons teach children a healthy respect for water at an early age. There are several levels offered so your child can advance at an individual pace.
Lessons at Elements at the Bever offer students, siblings and friends a safe learning environment. All classes are taught by a certified instructor and lifeguard.
Ducks (beginners) | 6 – 6:30 p.m.
Orients children to the aquatic environment and helps them gain basic aquatic skills.
Sea Turtles (intermediate) | 6:45 – 7:15 p.m.
Helps children gain greater independence in their skills and more comfort in and around water.
Dolphins (advanced) | 7:30 – 8:00 p.m.
Helps children to start to gain basic swimming propulsive skills to be comfortable in and around water.
